There’s a 24-hour reception and a travel
desk available for travel advice and bookings, and the JUCY Coffee hatch to
keep you caffeinated with barista-made coffee and sweet or savory treats to keep you satiated.
At JUCY Snooze Auckland you’ll find both a hotel
and hostel wing.
The hotel wing has spacious rooms with private bathrooms and
include room amenities such as an LCD TV, desk, hairdryer and tea/coffee making
facilities.
The hostel wing has the essentials you’d expect from a clean,
private room, with shared bathroom facilities.
Whatever wing you stay in, you have access to a shared common area,
luggage storage and kitchen facilities. Secure undercover car parking is also available for a fee, subject to availability. Free WiFi is available for our guests in the common areas.
You can also enjoy an extra 5 minutes' of snoozing with a
10:05 AM check-out time!
JUCY Snooze Auckland is situated only 450 meters from Britomart Train Station and the Ferry Building. The shops, restaurants and bars of the waterfront , Britomart, Queen Street and Wynyard Quarter are a 5-minute walk away, whilst the Sky Tower is just the hill. Auckland International
Airport is a 40-minute drive away.

A valid photo ID (passport or New Zealand driver’s licence) is required upon check-in.
Guests must be 18 years or over with valid identification to reserve and check in to a room.
Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult or guardian.
JUCY Snooze reserves the right to check photo identification at any time during the duration of your stay.
Check-in is available from 2:00 PM unless an early check-in has been pre-arranged and pre-paid with reception staff.
Check-out is strictly by 10:00 AM unless a late check-out has been pre-arranged and pre-paid with reception staff.
All exit doors to the back of the building will be closed at 8:00 PM and are not to be opened by any guest before 8:00 AM the next day (we love our neighbors).
All guests must conduct themselves and ensure that any external guests conduct themselves in a reasonable and responsible manner at JUCY Snooze and not act in any way which may disturb other guests. Alcohol is only permitted to be consumed in a reasonable and responsible manner in guest rooms.
Breach: If you breach these terms and conditions you may be asked to leave the premises without a refund.
JUCY Snooze is not responsible for the loss or damage of any personal goods or valuables for the duration of your stay. Please ensure that all doors and windows are secure when your room is vacant and your personal items are secure. In the interest of guest safety, well-being and security, all visitors (non-registered guests) are required to register at reception upon entry and are required to leave the property by 10:00 PM
PAYMENT: You must pay the outstanding balance of your booking plus any pre-booked extras at check in to JUCY Snooze. Payment can be made by cash/credit/debit cards. A credit card administration fee applies for payments by Credit Card - Mastercard and Visa are 2% and American Express is 4%. These fees are not refundable. On check-in, you must present a valid passport or NZ drivers licence plus a valid credit card or a cash/eftpos bond of NZ$150 for shared accommodation, NZ$200 for Ensuite rooms and NZ$300 for the Jucy Studio.
JUCY Snooze reserves the right to cancel any reservations without notice if we are notified of any fraudulent or illegal activities associated with any payments received.
Privacy: JUCY Snooze may collect personal information about you as part of your stay at JUCY Snooze. Any information collected by JUCY will be handled in accordance with the JUCY Privacy Policy which is on our website. You all agree JUCY may collect, use and disclose your personal information in accordance with the JUCY Privacy Policy. Under the Privacy Act 1993, individuals have rights of access to and correction of their personal information

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT:
You accept full responsibility for any charges incurred during your stay and acknowledge that you are personally liable for payment of any loss or damage to the room or property (both malicious and accidental) incurred by you and/or your guests. Any violation of this policy will result in an automatic charge of NZD$250 to your credit card or the full estimated amount of damages, whichever amount is closest. You acknowledge that any linen/bed soiling and broken items will result in an automatic charge of NZD$250 to your credit card.
All rooms and public spaces are strictly 100% drug-free and non-smoking, including vaping and e-cigarettes. Any violation of our smoking policy will result in an automatic charge of NZD$250. Guests may smoke in designated smoking areas. A lost key will result in an automatic fee of NZD$25 per key. Thank you for understanding.
